The purpose of the Doctoral Program is to gain new knowledge in business and management, by the application and testing of existing theories and models, to the benefit of individual organizations, industries, or regions

The program supports you in your academic or professional development. It is relevant, rich, academically valid, and in line with national and international standards.  It fulfills the criteria of the process of harmonization of higher education in Europe and the learning outcomes of the European Qualification Framework on the doctoral level.

The DBA degree requires the demonstration of findings and conclusions based on data obtained from sound methodologies and couched in relevant and recent literature on the topic of research.

The program provides the level of training and support you need to produce high-quality research in your field of interest and specialization.

The DBA program can be completed within 2 years.

  1. Candidates seeking admission to the DBA program should hold a Master’s degree in any field.
  2. All DBA candidates must have a sound command of the English language; both spoken and written.
  3. Work experience of 3 to 5 years with 2 letters of recommendation can apply for acceptance into the DBA program.
  4.  The final decision concerning the acceptance in the DBA degree program rests with Swiss School of Management.

The DBA program can be completed within 24 months. Each module is scheduled twice or three times a month in the first year. The second year will be allotted to the dissertation phase.
