EMBA in Human Resource (SU)

The education of EMBA in Human Resources is imparted through a series of case studies.  Several self-contained workshops are also organized for creating an engaging experience for the students. Guest lectures and conferences with high-profile contributors in the field of human resources are also organized to give the students a peep into the real corporate world.

The curriculum primarily includes organizational design theory, strategic HR, corporate cultures, business finance, leadership, strategy and analytics, HR management, and operations management. Most of the modules are delivered in the form of group tutorials, lectures, and seminars. The class size is purposely kept small to ensure that a team-oriented approach is incorporated into solving business problems. Students are required to learn about each other through participation in a series of outdoor activities. The students are even encouraged to work as interns during the summer to gain professional experience. Special projects and student research programs are also organized to provide practical experience to the students.

The EMBA Program can be completed within 1 year.
1. Candidates seeking admission to EMBA program should hold 10th-12th and a Bachelor’s degree or relevant undergraduate degree
2. All EMBA candidates must have a sound command of the English language; both spoken and written
3. Work experience of 3yrs and above is mandatory with a letter of recommendation or work experience letter can apply for acceptance into the EMBA program
4. The final decision concerning the acceptance in the EMBA program rests with Singhania University
